The snapper arrived with ice still intact. Keeping the snapper in good condition. I like that the snapper fillets were not too big. This enabled me to separate them into freezer bags in manageable lots for my Friday night fried fish. I tried a couple of pieces fresh fried in flower. Yumm!!
