Was very pleased with this and cut most pieces in half. Had raw with ginger, soy and maple syrup.. for breakfast . Lunch I made fritters of grated pumpkin, grated beetroot, garlic, spring onion, pine nuts and ,coriander and cumin ,with an egg. Cooked beside tuna steak poured a little maple syrup over both at end , placed tuna steak on top of the fritter ,and a dollop of Greek yogurt with a bit of orange zest.

Good quality fish for fair price
