Live NZ Red Crayfish is wild-caught in New Zealand and is expertly prepared live from our tank and packed chilled down. The size of each crayfish ranges from 400-2000 grams, Can select which size you want. Providing an excellent source of protein and essential minerals. Delivery was slower than expected. Ordered on a Thursday and didn't get my seafood until the following Monday - which is fine with most on-line orders but this was seafood. However, it did arrive, was fresh and the prawns frozen. Enjoying the quality of the purchase. I was hoping to serve the crayfish on the Saturday, but it was very good on Monday night albeit - some guests missed out. All the more for me!!!!

The crayfish itself was excellent, but unfortunately it arrived much later than expected. It was advertised as overnight delivery, yet my order placed on 05/02/26 didn’t arrive until 10/02/26. By then the occasion had passed, and I had to quickly find an alternative to serve. That said, fresh crayfish is always delicious, and the delay did have one small upside — I ended up having more to myself.

This is a typical Xmas time special for me and my family. I lovely fresh crayfish salad to start a delicious Christmas lunch.
