Quick delivery thankyou. 4 x packets. Two we have frozen so can't comment. 2 x packets used an arrival for fish pie; 1 x packet the main fillet a bit dry, smaller pieces were very dry. 2nd pack was fine, but smaller pieces verging on dry. We are great fans of smoked Kahawai which we try to catch and smoke ourselves but haven't been able to for some time.
We personally like it a bit stronger in flaviour.

They are awesome I haven't cooked them as yet my seafood dinner is on Sunday evening and I will have a lot of fun with preparing them.
