Each fillet is individually packed in levels of layers, allowing for semi-easy portioning and convenient usage when defrosting. Sometimes packing can be done fast so we suggest leaving in chiller until fillets can be separated if struggling to separate as frozen. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal for a special occasion or a quick weeknight dinner, our Frozen Fillets offer versatility and simplicity in the kitchen.

Being blast frozen down guarantees the utmost freshness and flavour, making these fillets a reliable choice for discerning seafood lovers.

Disclaimer: Sometimes fillets will be packed as one big block. The remedy for this is to partially defrost in the fridge, then once fillets are soft enough to separate they can be packed into portions you wish to re-freeze.

The well packed, completely frozen fillets arrived quickly, which took the intervening weekend into account. The fish is delicious and tastes completely fresh. A small suggestion It comes in 1.25 slabs, an extra slip of liner on each slab would make it easier to use for small families.
