Disclaimer: Sometimes fillets will be packed as one big block. The remedy for this is to partially defrost in the fridge, then once fillets are soft enough to separate they can be packed into portions you wish to re-freeze.

Great deal, however having all fillets frozen together in one huge chunk is not helpful, or conducive to using them in the best and easiest way possible. As a result I will be carefully considering whether to buy from you again. You need to also do some work on how you appear in google maps. Your placement is terrible. Maps tells you you are first on the right from a right turn from Edmonton!!!

We were on the spot to collect but found some of the outer fillets had started to defrost. Cooked them up straight away but the rest of the product was fine. Delivery was late morning - an hour earlier would have made the difference.

I have written a separate email but the fish was OLD..tastes awful! The delivery was suspect as well as I was home when it was delivered and it was half unfrozen. We feel we should be compensated with some fresher fish. The proof of the condition of this fish would be in your tasting it but that is not able to be done. I would have been happy to send in a great review but feel let down with this order!
