I was so happy to see the crumbled prawns back, I bought five packets. I've been buying them for a while and they are always welcome at functions. The snapper was very tasty as was the salt and pepper squid. I'll certainly be ordering again.

1kg Snapper fillets chopped into pieces marinated 15min in lemon juice added Kara coconut cream,spring onion,tomatoes,cucumber,capsicum salt and pepper was so delicious so how ever you want to prepare your snapper fillets fish and chips let’s go.

Absolutely Delicious – Gone in a Day!
I bought 1 kilogram of snapper fillets and honestly, they didn’t last 24 hours in my kitchen! The fillets were incredibly fresh, beautifully cleaned, and had a delicate, slightly sweet flavor that was just perfect. I batter fried some with lemon, used a couple in my seafood chowder, and poached the rest in curried coconut milk – every bite was tender and mouthwatering.
I’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommend for anyone who loves fresh, flavourful fish.

Last time I bought snapper from Scott’s seafood I bought this item to try…… & omg it was so good & very easy to use. I simply coated the fillet with flour, dipped it in egg & then coated it with the Panko breadcrumb mix. You can buy it in store too

No photos or videos unfortunately, because my family and I have already enjoyed the order of 1kg of Snapper fillets from Scott’s Seafoods.
The ordering process was easy, delivery was prompt and efficient, with the fillets arriving fresh and chilled in the only partly defrosted ice packs.
