Mussels were fresh, big, plump and juicy. Supermarket ones tend to be much smaller inside. Mussels cooked sauteed in ginger, garlic, onions, tomatoes and boiled til the natural liquid from the mussels come out - yum!

Omg Iβd forgotten how delicious this dish is. Mussels in a garlic & white wine sauce with coconut milk/cream. Soak up the sauce with some fresh bread too. Even the dog wanted in on this meal!
