Ordered on a Sunday. Was called on Tuesday to let me know it would be delivered on Wednesday.
NZ post experienced delays, did not receive until Thursday morning. Was still cold but by no means fresh to sashimi standard.
Have requested a refund, got the response “it’s still safe to eat”. It might well be safe, but the quality is not there and it smells like fish rather than the ocean.
will update review dependant on response from management.

Only a few of the pieces look translucent, which is what you would expected for sashimi . They don't looked, smelled or tasted fresh for sashimi quality. Definitely won't be buying from you again!

Who doesn't like sashimi when it's sliced perfectly, tasty and fresh. Came with condiments and the amount was so much I didn't realize. I'm going to order again soon.
