Corosmoke’s Seafood Platters are much sought after as tasters, gifts, and buffet centrepieces. Each Platter is a work of art, carefully assembled by hand, and makes a beautiful and unusual present. Platters are available in three convenient sizes.
Corosmoke’s 500gm Smoked Platters are a wonderful treat. Hand-sliced Kingfish and/or Tuna, and sliced Warehou lavishly surround large fillets of Trevally. The finishing touch is added with a good helping of our famous Smoked Mussels, and slices of our wonderful Cold-Smoked Salmon.
