Whole Raw Crawfish 1KG

I haven’t made this recipe yet but it’s definitely why I purchased the crawfish, especially given the great price they were selling them for!

First time trying crayfish and it was a bit disappointing as we hardly got any meat from the crayfish even though the size of the crayfish looked really good. Many of them were hollow with tiny meat in the shell. I am still keen to try crayfish boil again but please source those with better quality/more meat. Might check with the farmers/suppliers to harvest crayfish at the right time. Shellfish seems to be hollow if you harvest them during full moon periods. Luckily we added some prawns into our crayfish boil to get some protein for the meal.

Crayfish Arrived beautifully packed and frozen even though I’m at a rural address!! Sorry can’t describe taste as yet as it went straight into freezer!!
